My work is eclectic and is comprised of a synthesis of many varied therapeutic, experiential, edutaitional, artistic, creative and intuitive modalities.  I tend toward playfulness, inclusion and authenticity. I like to be entertaining as I lecture, teach or facilitate.

In June 2009 I earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree with an Area of Concentration in Paleopsychology; a Psychological study of the Evolution of Human Consciousness, from Antioch University Seattle.

In 2007 I completed 2 years of intensive training as a facilitator of Systemic Constellations with Mark A Johnson, M.A. LMFT, and am currently assisting Mark in designing and implementing a formal curriculum for his 2010 Seattle Constellations Institute Facilitator Training Program.

I hold a certificate of Ecological and Emotional Intelligence from Lorraine M. Fish, Ph.D, in Ecopsychology and a Level II Dream Teacher’s Certificate from world renowned Dream Teacher and Shamanic Counselor Robert Moss in the art and practice of Dream Healing. In addition, I have deepened my learning through various workshops in (Harner Method) Core Shamanic Practices, Deep Ecology (with John Seed) and vocation related ‘Impassioned Action’ classes through the University of Washington.

From an academic Paper, AUS 2009: “As a sensitive little frog in a big polluted pond, I am one who is quite sensitive to her environment. As such I feel deeply the pain of the world. Since I was a small child I’ve had a strong sense that my destiny was somehow larger than life. Now I know why. My purpose is to do whatever I can to save the world from senseless destruction. When I look closely at all the tragic, heartless and devastating ways that human “development” has impacted the earth’s natural balance, I feel deep and tangible physical, intellectual, spiritual and emotional pain. My heart leaps to the request of the world for help. My dreams, inspirations, impulses and inner voice all lead me in one direction: save the world. This phrase is a popular one and has little meaning without a specific approach such as paleopsychology. Paleopsychology is my personal vehicle for saving the world. . . before it’s too late. . . from the effects of, and through intentional attention to, the evolution of human consciousness.”

With the love and support of our ancestors, parents, families, collectives and friends,
acknowledging the unending love of our Mother (Earth), and finding our place within the gentle wisdom of our Father (Cosmos), in the midst of an inextricable dance of balance between spirit and matter, may we all dicover the courage to heal.

The human system, and indeed the entire universe, is naturally self-healing, or self-balancing. One reflects the other. In physiology this is called homeostasis. My intent is to acknowledge and draw attention to each individual’s own personal and innate healing abilities in relation to self, other, world and cosmos. Where there is a perceived challenge to the healing process, I intend to gently illuminate various insights that might allow the ideal circumstances for healing to continue.
